Since the global launch of Zurich HelpPoint branding in September 2008, a series of advertisements, such as TV commercials and print advertisements have been launched around the world. In Hong Kong, there are Zurich HelpPoint branded buses and trams running in town, reinforcing Zurich's commitment to customer centricity.

The Zurich HelpPoint advertising campaign on bus and tram panels, unveiling on 1st September, 2009, centers on Zurich's service promise - "It's more than just insurance, it's here to help your world." The ads on these large moving vehicles with graphic of the earth visualize the mobility and flexibility of Zurich's dedication in delivering our help and services - no matter where our customers are, we deliver what they need when it matters.
