Group Leaders Publicity Campaign

In the new agency leaders publicity campaign rolled out by Zurich on 1st August 2008, we attempt to communicate the message of boundless career opportunities at Zurich. The sky’s the limit for those who aspire for a career breakthrough. The theme of advertisement is “What if you aspire for boundless career opportunities, we will enable you to fulfill your dreams and together we will tap the endless potentials of Greater China market". To visually communicate this creative concept, an office with no ceiling against the cityscape of China’s landmark buildings is put in to symbolize that Zurich is a company that is truly visionary with all the uncapped exposure, development opportunities and rewards that brings. The four agency leaders showcased are all the super achievers at Zurich and have successfully built strong and cohesive agency teams over the years. Their successful leadership and talent management experiences will promise the best talents’ greatest chance to excel and succeed.
The campaign targets a diverse group of talented job-seekers with multimedia blast comprising print, outdoor billboard and bus.

2007
Zurich unveils a new advertising campaign on 18 April. The campaign is designed to portray our intention to grow and expand the business while attracting best talents who aspire to career advancement and challenging job in the Greater China region.
The media blitz goes with two advertisements, "Group Leaders" and "Individual Leader" in a mix of advertising media, namely newspaper, outdoor billboard, and bus shelters to reach a diverse group of job seekers.
The "Group Leaders" advertisement carries a tagline "What if you want to get into the Greater China market. We are delighted to inspire you and realize your ambition", symbolizing that our agency leaders are in an advantaged position to help high calibre talents advance their career to the next level.
The "Individual Leader" advertisements showcase personal traits, leadership style, vision and charisma of each of the six individual agency leaders who successfully build strong and cohesive agency teams over the years.

"Zurich Advice" Recruitment Publicity Campaign
Business Associate Programme (2008)
Subsequent to the launch of "What if you could see your career from a new angle?" advertising campaign for Zurich Advice's Management Associate Programme in 2007, Zurich Advice is rolling out another campaign for its pioneering Business Associate Programme on June 12, 2008. This programme opens the door for aspiring entrepreneurial professionals of different backgrounds to fast track career in the financial planning industry and leapfrog to becoming our Business Partners.
The theme of this year's advertisement is "What if our partnership could take you to a higher level?" This reflects the keys to the long-term success of both the company and the professionals - to build partnership with our trusted professionals, endow them with our full support, and share with them the responsibility and profit. Featuring two stairs converged to one for a broader pathway & reaching higher level, the idea is that we offer elites the golden opportunity of becoming our business partners to enjoy a bigger reward, higher aspiration and more prestigious status. The background with a combination of high rises suggests that these people are at the height of their career moving up one notch higher.

Management Associate Programme (2007)
Zurich has rolled out the "Zurich Advice" recruitment advertising campaign on 19 September 2007 to attract high calibre talents who aspire to become management as a member of Zurich’s professional team.
The advertisement carries a tagline "What if you could see your career from a new angle, you can also in no time get promoted to the management team of 'Zurich Advice', together with us to grasp the development opportunities in Greater China. " For the first time, we take a bold step in advertising concept by showcasing our three "Zurich Advice" management partners through table reflection to illustrate their past professional background, thus inviting readers to view from a different angle to discover these professional talents’ outstanding partnership status currently enjoyed with "Zurich Advice". The message is clear and motivating – "Zurich Advice" breaks the tradition to offer brilliant and determined professionals a faster track of advancement to manager role.
