Zurich group-wide donations for South Asia tsunami relief

To express the deepest concerns of Zurich towards the tsunami victims, a total amount of HK$1 million was donated to various charity bodies through the fundraising event organized by TVB in January 2005. An internal donation campaign was also initiated and over HK$150,000 was drawn and sent to UNICEF. Meanwhile, the Zurich Group has contributed US$1 million and launched a fund-matching campaign in which the personal donations made by internal employees worldwide will be matched to facilitate the rebuilding work in South Asia.
