The ESF Orchestra & Choir Performance 2009

Organised by The English Schools Foundation and sponsored by Zurich Insurance Group (Hong Kong), the ESF Orchestra & Choir Performance 2009 was a big success at Concert Hall, Hong Kong City Hall on 5 March 2009 with 200 students and an audience of over 800 participating in this melodious evening.

It was the third consecutive year for Zurich to support the talented young musicians of ESF. In line with our responsible corporate citizenship initiatives, supporting youngsters' development is one of the key service areas. That evening, the attendees were amazed by the quality of the performance of the ensemble and by the wide variety of repertoire that the ensemble managed to master.

Mrs. Heather Du Quesnay, Chief Executive of ESF wrapped up the programme with a closing speech. She extended her heartfelt gratitude to Zurich for its generous support. In response, Mr. Eric Hui, Deputy General Manager of General Business thanked ESF for the evening's thrilling performance and wished ESF every success in driving the orchestra and choir's further achievement in the future.
