Earth Hour 2010

It is the second year that Zurich joined the Earth Hour campaign, which aims at raising awareness to climate change, organised by WWF. First started in 2007 in Sydney, Australia, Earth Hour has become a global environmental campaign with more than 50 million people across 35 countries participating. At 8:30pm on 27 March 2010, Zurich switched off its LED sign on the rooftop of Far East Financial Centre in Admiralty for one hour, to join the world to deliver a powerful message - we are committed to resolving the issue of global warming.
