Red Décor Day 2011

Continuing our strong commitment to corporate social responsibility, Zurich supported the Red Décor Day, for second consecutive year, organized by the Hong Kong Red Cross on 12 August 2011, with our employees dressed, and our office decorated, in red.

This year, the Red Décor Day came with the theme of "Humanitarian x Red in Office". Not only did Zurich's employees make generous donations to the campaign, but they also participated wholeheartedly by wearing red outfits and accessories to work, with the aim of experiencing the "Power of Red".

The campaign was organized by the Hong Kong Red Cross in commemoration of the four Geneva Conventions which were adopted on 12 August 1949, conferring neutrality to the Red Cross for the purpose of delivering humanitarian services around the world.
