Zurich Insurance Group (Hong Kong) is one of the top 10 insurers in Hong Kong, providing customers with the most professional and reliable insurance services. Our group's current total premium income in Hong Kong is close to HK$7.4 billion.

Major awards and achievements

  • Recruitment Centre was opened to deepen our penetration and further enhance our distribution capacity to support the growth strategy of Zurich in the region (2007)
  • Supported Porsche in Hong Kong in establishing Sports Driving School to provide training to Porsche's drivers (2007)
  • Conferred the "PRIME Awards for the Best Enterprise in Greater China 2007" by the PRIME Magazine, in recognition of the company's vision and presence in Greater China (2007)
  • Introduced Zurich EziNet (2006) and ZurichCare (2007), user-friendly online services for customers in financial and insurance planning
  • Zurich ranked the second largest unit-linked provider in Hong Kong (2006)
  • Through integrating the strengths of the operating models of both insurers and banks, Zurich carried out "Zurich Advice" - a breakthrough in the current agency development. It ushers new partnership between the advisors and the company. It also enhances the goal-based financial planning services (2005)
  • Zurich joined the Patron's Club, a Caring Company Scheme formed by the Caring Company's Awardees (2005)

* Fortis Bank Asia HK was rebranded as Belgian Bank on 1st May, 2004. Belgian Bank then merged with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited ("ICBC (Asia)") on 10th October, 2005 and the name of the combined bank after the merger is "Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited".
