The BCC provides a quality sales and service platform for supporting Zurich Life direct sales force ("DSF") in the sales of general insurance products to better serving the general insurance needs of customers.

A download centre is available for DSF to get brochures, application forms, claim guidelines, claim forms, policy documents and FAQs whenever and wherever they need. They can also view archives of their sales and business performance from SAMme Zurich HelpPoint. SAMme Zurich HelpPoint effectively shortens the selling process and hence provides customers with timely and customised services.
