Customer Focus Group and Telephone Survey

At Zurich Life, we are committed to improving the satisfaction of our customers. With this aim, we are inviting our valuable customers to evaluate our services and make suggestions for improving our service level through customer focus groups and telephone surveys.
We have appointed Opinion Research Corporation (ORC), a global market research company to conduct the customer focus groups and telephone survey on our behalf in September 2010.
We will select our customers randomly, which means you may or may not receive the call from ORC. Upon completion of the focus groups and survey interview, we will be offering a cash coupon to each participant as a token of appreciation. To ensure privacy of response, all data collected will be kept confidential and analyzed in aggregated basis. Please also rest assured it is not for selling or marketing purpose.
If you would like to opt out from the invitation, please send a written notice to our Customer Services Department either at survey.hkz@hk.zurich.com or by post.
