Customer Celebration Month

To strengthen Zurich's corporate commitment to customer-centricity, we designated September as Customer Celebration Month – a global celebration of the many ways we put Zurich's customers at the heart of everything we do.
This initiative is an important milestone in Zurich's drive to become a more customer-centric organisation. A series of activities were held across Zurich's global networks, highlighting our four strategic cornerstones – Zurich HelpPoint, Profitable Growth, Operational Transformation and People Management. By placing adverts in trams and buses in Hong Kong, we further promoted the brand image of Zurich HelpPoint to the community, as well as raising awareness of our service commitment: "It's more than just insurance, it's here to help your world."
Mr. Jim Schiro, our Group CEO, and Mr. Geoff Riddell, CEO of Asia Pacific & Middle East, came to Hong Kong to attend the town hall meeting we held as part of the customer celebration. They shared their insights on customer-centricity and impressed employees deeply. Several workshops across Greater China and Southeast Asia were organised to sharpen each employee's personal role as a Zurich HelpPoint.
With the full support of Zurich staff, Customer Celebration Month was brought to a successful close, marking Zurich's determination to be even more customer-centric, with renewed commitment to putting our valued customers at the heart of everything we do.
