Conference on Social Cohesion

The Conference on Social Cohesion, co-organized by the Faculty of Social Sciences, the University of Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) was held on 29th November, 2003.

Mr Denny Chan, our Director of Life Business and Ms Kathy Wong, representative of Playright Children's Play Association, were invited to share our partnership initiative between business and non governmental organization (NGO). At the Conference, Denny shared insights into bringing in a wide spectrum of community resources in promoting the sustainable development of Zurich Playright Adventure Playpark. We hope our experience in fostering the collaborative efforts among the Company, government, NGO and different social sectors in advocating the value of play will provide food for thought and ideas for building a more cohesive society.
