practical experience to formulate the professional Sales
Automation and Management System (SAM), leading the
insurance industry in our commitment towards professionalism
in service.
Developed by highly experienced
experts and insurance consultants, this scientific management
model provides a comprehensive system of sales and management
for our insurance consultants. Using the SAM, we are
able to accurately analyze your insurance and investment
needs and instantly provide tailor-made professional
solutions to suit customers' specific financial needs.
At the same time, to constantly
add value to our insurance consultants, we have co-organized
courses with tertiary institutes and professional organizations.
In 2001 we co-organized the Executive MBA programme with the Lingnan University targeting insurance professionals
in Hong Kong, aiming to lift industry standards for
professionalism and service excellence.
