Zurich Euro Cash Fund and Euro Cash Fund Closure effective 7th March, 2005
Subsequent to the regular prudent review on the range of funds to ensure the quality and efficiency, Threadneedle Asset Management Limited, our fund manager of the underlying funds available through Active Insurance Series, has decided to close its Threadneedle Euro Money Securities Fund, the underlying fund of the Zurich Euro Cash Fund of our Active Insurance Series1 and Euro Cash Fund of our Classic Active Insurance Series2 effective 7th March, 2005. Permission has been obtained from the Financial Services Authority in the UK. For more details, please refer to the following attachments.
