Frequently asked questions


  • 1. What kind of devices does the OneZurich customer eServices portal support?  
    The recommended devices are PC (Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge) and mobile (iOS or Android).
  • 2. During registration, why the portal shows the message “We are unable to create an account for you at this moment."?

    OneZurich supports individual policyholders for several products at this moment. Under the following scenarios, you may not be able to create an account:

    • You are a policyholder of a joint-owned policy or a Fire Mortgage scheme.
    • You do not hold any active policies and the other policies have been non-active for over one year.
  • 3. I am unable to receive the SMS for getting the user ID or the hyperlink to reset password. What should I do?
    You can re-attempt by choosing “email” as the method to receive the user ID and the hyperlink to reset password. If the problem persists, please contact us.
  • 4. I am unable to find the policy I own. What should I do?

    Generally, all inforce/active policies under your name will be shown under this portal. Non-inforce/non-active policies will still be shown for one year, counting from the effective date that the policy became non-inforce.

    Please note that the portal only supports individual policyholders for several products at this moment. If you are a policyholder of a joint-owned policy or a Fire Mortgage scheme, those policies will not be shown in the portal for now.

  • 5. I am unable to update my mobile number. What should I do?

    Please ensure your current mobile number and the new one are both a Hong Kong number. If you wish to update the mobile number from/to a non-HK number, please contact us.

    You can update your mobile number once a day on OneZurich. Try again the next working day if you have already submitted a request (including email/mobile/correspondence address) on the same day.
