Benefit Summary

The policy is underwritten by Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, a company incorporated with limited liability in Switzerland (“Zurich”). The policy is either arranged by Zurich or by Domain Five Enterprises Limited (“Domain5”), as the case may be. Domain5 is a licensed insurance intermediary under the Insurance Ordinance (License No. FA2643) and a related company of Hutchison Telephone Company Limited (trading as 3HK, 3SUPREME, MO, MO+ and SoSIM) (“HTCL”). HTCL is not a licensed insurance intermediary and does not provide any advice in relation to the insurance policy arranged by Zurich or by Domain5, as the case may be. Any references to HTCL does not constitute HTCL carrying on “regulated activities” as defined in the Insurance Ordinance and HTCL is not acting in the capacity of a licensed insurance intermediary.

How to make a claim?

  1. Please submit your claim application and provide us the required documents together with your policy number and reference number / certificate number (if applicable) via Zurich “e-Claims“ within 7 days after the incident. Please refer to confirmation email from Zurich for further details.
    Please ensure that all required documents are provided. Failure to do so may result in delays in processing your claims.
  2. You will receive an acknowledgement via SMS/email within one working day.​
  3. We will process your application within 14 working days upon receiving all required documents.​
  4. We will credit the approved claim payment (in Hong Kong dollars) into your designated bank account in Hong Kong.​

Zurich Insurance x Hutchison: Free One-year Lifestyle Protection Giveaway Campaign Terms and conditions
  1. This Zurich Insurance x Hutchison: Free One-year Lifestyle Protection Giveaway Campaign (this “Campaign”, as described in greater detail below) is organized by Hutchison and Zurich.
  2. This Campaign commences on 21 July 2025, 00:00 and ends on 20 October 2025, 23:59 both days inclusive, Hong Kong Time, GMT+8) (“Campaign Period”).
  3. The following capitalised terms used in these terms and conditions have the meaning ascribed to it:
    Coverage Summary” means the coverage summary available at Zurich’s website at https://www.zurich.com.hk/-/media/Project/ZWP/HongKong/docs/campaign/hutchison-free-lifestyle-protection-insurance-benefit-summary.pdf 
    Designated Registration Form” means the online form at Zurich’s website at here;
    Zurich Lifestyle Protection Plan” or “Protection Plan” means the following insurance products of Zurich: E-purchase protection, passenger accident protection, or credit card protection.
  4. To become an eligible participant ("Eligible Participant", “you” or “your”) for the offer under this Campaign (the "Campaign Offer"), you must:
    1. be an existing user of Hutchison’s 3HK, 3SUPREME, or SoSIM brands, a holder of a valid Hong Kong identity card or passport, residing in Hong Kong
    2. Each eligible participant (calculated by HKID & Passport) can register once only.
    3. agree to receive direct marketing materials as set out in the Designated Registration Form
    4. successfully complete and submit the Designated Registration Form during the Campaign Period
    5. ensure mobile number and full name provided on the Designated Registration Form match with the record in 3HK, 3SUPREME, or SoSIM’s database.
  5. The first 4,000 Eligible Participants who successfully complete and submit the Designated Registration Form during the Campaign Period will receive:
    1. a complimentary one-year Zurich Lifestyle Protection Plan
    2. one day SoSIM GBA Travel Pro Pass (applicable to eligible SoSIM users only).
  6. If you are eligible to receive the Protection Plan, Zurich will send a confirmation email with coverage details of the Zurich Lifestyle Protection Plan (“Confirmation Email”) to the Eligible Participants’ registered email address, along with the GBA Travel Pro Pass ( for eligible SoSIM users only) on or before 31 October 2025.
  7. To receive the Zurich Lifestyle Protection Plan, Eligible Participants must select one of the three Protection Plans and provide all information requested on the Designated Registration Form consistent with Hutchison’s record. The submitted form will be deemed invalid if it contains any error, omission, or unrecognizable information. Zurich and Hutchison will not be liable if you fail to receive the complimentary Zurich Lifestyle Protection Plan due to incorrect or incomplete information provided.
  8. Each Eligible Participant can only enjoy the Campaign Offer once during the Campaign Period.

  10. These terms and conditions are not an insurance policy or a contract of insurance. All information in respect of the Protection Plan is provided by Zurich. Any information in respect of the Protection Plan given herein is subject to the policy provisions of Protection Plan and the related terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistencies between these terms and conditions and the Coverage Summary, the Coverage Summary will prevail.
  11. For terms and conditions, coverage details and exclusions of the Protection Plan, please refer to relevant Coverage Summary.
  12. Any promotional offer(s) or material(s) should be read in conjunction with the relevant Coverage Summary. Before application, please confirm you understand the Protection Plan's features and that it fits your need(s). Eligible Participant should not apply for the relevant insurance product(s) solely on the basis of any promotional offer(s) or material(s) which do not contain the terms and conditions of the relevant insurance plan. For terms and conditions, coverage details and exclusions of the Protection Plan, please refer to relevant Coverage Summary.
  13. If the Confirmation Email is not received by Eligible Participant because your email address provided is incorrect or the email is unsuccessfully delivered (except for any fault of Zurich), Zurich will not reissue the Confirmation Email and the Protection Plan.
  14. Unless otherwise stated, the Campaign Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
  15. Zurich and Hutchison may at any time cancel the eligibility of receiving the Campaign Offer if without limitation:
    1. you fail to comply with these terms and conditions;
    2. you commit any misconduct or fraud or otherwise act illegally, dishonestly, misleadingly, deceptively or fraudulently in connection with Zurich Lifestyle Protection Plan, or this Campaign under these terms and conditions.
  16. Zurich reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any person who in Zurich’s reasonable opinion has breached any of these terms and conditions. Zurich reserves the right of final decision for any person’s entitlement to the Zurich Lifestyle Protection Plan.
  17. By participating in this Campaign, you hereby agree, understand, accept these terms and conditions.
  18. In case of any dispute, the decision of Zurich and Hutchison shall be final and conclusive on all matters related to this Campaign.
  19. Personal data collected in connection with this Campaign shall be processed in accordance with Zurich Privacy Policy
  20. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
  21. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
