Simply login to OneZurich to complete the Carbon Neutrality Campaign enrollment form, Zurich will reward the policyholder with renewal discount if there is a year-on-year electricity saving on the same household. Please click here for details.
- Current policyholders of Breezy Home Insurance Plan (including the householder and landlord insurance) are eligible to join this activity. The householder plan’s policyholders shall submit the electricity consumption of the insured location. The landlord plan’s policyholders shall submit the electricity consumption of the location where they live most days. If the mentioned location is covered by another Breezy Home Insurance Plan (householder), or the policyholder holds more than one landlord policy, the same location is allowed to be used in the submissions for different policies.
- The electricity bill should be issued within three months before the date of submission.
- Each policy is only allowed to have one submission per policy year. The same policyholder of different policies may make submissions corresponding to the insured locations of the policies. For policyholders of Landlord plan, you may submit the electricity consumption figures of your residential address.
- Participants are not required to submit the electricity bills during the form completion. Yet, please keep the electricity bill for possible inspection requests until the certificate is distributed to your nominated email address and/or renewal premium discount is enjoyed.
- Please read the Participation Guide before completing the form.
- Certificate will be sent around 1 working day of submission.
- For the renewal premium discount (the “Discount”), HK$50 will be deducted automatically from the premium upon renewal of Breezy Home Insurance Plan in the next policy year if the submission and eligible is completed within the 1st to the 9th month since policy commencement of the policy year. For submission within the 10th to the 12th month since policy commencement of the policy year, the Discount will be delayed to the policy year after the next. Overdue submission will not be processed.
- The Discount is provided by Zurich Insurance Company Ltd (a company incorporated in Switzerland with limited liability) (“Zurich”). It is only applicable to Breezy Home Insurance Plan.
- The Discount is non-exchangeable for other gifts, non-redeemable for cash, and no change will be given.
- The Discount will be forfeited in case of non-renewal of policy (including cancellation within a policy year).
- In case of change of insured location, please contact our customer service representative to ask for keeping the same policy number to enjoy the Discount in the next (or year after next, if applicable) policy year.
- Zurich reserves all the right of approval and decision on all matters in this activity and the Discount, including the right to change any terms and conditions or terminate the activity and the Discount (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.

- " Zurich X Hong Kong Airlines Breezy Home Insurance Plan - Tokyo Round-Trip Ticket Promotion " ("Campaign") is organized by Zurich Insurance Company Ltd ("Zurich"). The promotion period is from April 27, 2026, to May 1, 2026 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
- Participants must purchase the Breezy Home Insurance Plan on the Zurich website using the promo code [ZRCTOKYO], with a premium of HKD1,000 or above during the promotion period and successfully obtain policy issuance (“Eligible Policy”). Eligible participants will receive one set of Hong Kong Airlines round-trip Economy Class tickets to Tokyo. Limited to 100 sets, available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
- During the promotion period, there is no limit to the number of times a participant may join the promotion; however, each policy is entitled to a maximum of one set of tickets.
- All dates and times related to this promotion are based on Zurich's records.
- The Campaign is subject to these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”). By participating in the Campaign, you shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the T&Cs. Zurich reserves the right to disqualify or exclude participants for any breach of these T&Cs.
The winners
- There will be 100 winners (“Winners”) for this promotion, selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Winners will receive an electronic confirmation from Zurich and details on ticket redemption by May 22, 2026. Zurich will notify winners via the email address provided during the insurance purchase. The prize is subject to the applicable terms and conditions. If the customer cancels the policy during the policy period, Zurich reserves the right to reclaim the prize or recover from the customer an amount equivalent to the value of the prize.
- Winners warrant that all information provided is true and correct. If winners fail to provide the required information, or if the information provided is incomplete, their eligibility will be forfeited. Zurich will not re-issue the prize if it is not redeemed during the given redemption period. Zurich will not be responsible in the event that any prize notification message is returned due to non delivery/mis-delivery/technical error.
Prize
- Each Winner will be awarded 1 set of Hong Kong Airlines round-trip economy class tickets (“Ticket(s)”) from Hong Kong to Tokyo (including 23kg checked baggage allowance, excluding applicable taxes and surcharges).
- Tickets are only applicable for the flights marketed and operated by Hong Kong Airlines, while not available for special flights, chartered flights or code-share flights.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged for other gifts, cash, or any form of compensation; they are non refundable, non-saleable, and non-reroutable, and are also subject to seat availability on selected flights and dates. The General Conditions of Carriage published by Hong Kong Airlines apply to the Tickets. Zurich reserves the right to substitute the prize with another gift without prior notice.
- Ticket price excludes all applicable government and airport taxes/fees/charges, passenger fuel surcharge and carrier surcharges. Taxes, fuel surcharges and an administrative fee for the Ticket will be collected at the time of ticket issuance.
- All tickets issued are non-refundable, non-endorsable and non-changeable. Tickets are only valid for the flight and date shown on the ticket.
- Ticket is subject to the existing routes provided by Hong Kong Airlines. If there are any route suspensions or cancellations, Hong Kong Airlines will offer alternative ticket with similar fare only. Hong Kong Airlines will not provide any cash compensation for any shortfall of the fare.
- The travel period must be between a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days from the date of the scheduled departure flight. Failure to redeem the prize or to board the redeemed flight will be deemed as a forfeiture of the prize. No compensation or change of booking will be allowed.
- Travel period: May 11, 2026 to September 25, 2026 (both dates inclusive) (Hong Kong time), travelling during the following periods is not allowed.
- The winner of this prize must be an adult aged 18 or above. Winners may allow their family members or friends to enjoy the free round-trip air ticket.
- Zurich and Hong Kong Airlines shall not be responsible for any expenses of the Winner and/or the accompanied adult (if necessary) during the travel, including but not limited to travel insurance, hotel accommodation, local transportation and meals.
- Booking is not completed or accepted by Hong Kong Airlines until a booking reference number has been issued.
- Fortune Wings Club (FWC) members are not eligible for FWC points accrual from this Campaign.
- Zurich and Hong Kong Airlines will not be responsible in the event that the Tickets confirmation is returned due to non-delivery/mis-delivery/technical error and no replacement will be made.
- Zurich and Hong Kong Airlines will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to any error or omission due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.
- Passengers are advised to check with the latest HKSAR Government outbound/inbound travel alert or immigration restrictions for both departure/arrival destinations before planning your trip, present themselves for check-in within the stipulated time limits and be in possession of the necessary and valid travel documents (including but not limited to complete electronic declaration, declaration form, entry and exit permits, if applicable.)
- Winner is reminded to comply with the immigration rules and regulations concerning the conditions of stay in destination(s) and/or transfer.
- The General Conditions of Carriage published by Hong Kong Airlines apply (subject to change from time to time) and are available on Hong Kong Airlines' website.
- If the Winner is subsequently disqualified or is found not to be entitled to the Ticket, Zurich reserves the right to forfeit the Ticket and dispose of the Ticket at its sole discretion.
General terms and conditions
- Participants are prohibited from posting any vulgar language or content that violates any laws or terms, including content that depicts pornography or violence, on the Zurich Facebook Page or Zurich Instagram Account. Zurich reserves the right to delete such content and disqualify any participant who violates the above terms from participation or winning.
- Zurich reserves the right to amend or terminate this Campaign or these T&Cs (in whole or in part) without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Zurich reserves the right of final decision.
- Participants agree to be fully responsible for any losses, claims, liabilities, damages, demands, costs, and expenses (including legal fees on an indemnity basis) arising from any breach of these terms and conditions or infringement of any party's rights (including but not limited to intellectual property rights such as patents, trademarks, or brands). Participants shall indemnify and hold Zurich harmless from any such damages.
- Nothing in these T&Cs shall confer any third party rights or benefits.
- If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of the T&Cs, the English version shall prevail.
- These T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
