Product Coverage
  • Reimbursement on repair cost of the covered screen of your mobile device (including front and back) is accidentally damaged due to:
    • Bend or Crack;
    • Fire or Burn Damage;
    • Impact damage
  • Maximum benefit limit (One claim per policy year under reimbursement) : HKD 3,000 ​

The policy is underwritten by Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, a company incorporated with limited liability in Switzerland (“Zurich”). CATHAY PACIFIC AIRWAYS LIMITED (“Cathay”) is a licensed insurance intermediary under the Insurance Ordinance (License No. FA3522) and a related company of Asia Miles Limited (“Asia Miles”). Asia Miles is not a licensed insurance intermediary and does not provide any advice in relation to the insurance policy arranged by Zurich or by Cathay as the case may be. Any references to Asia Miles does not constitute Asia Miles carrying on “regulated activities “as defined in the Insurance Ordinance and Asia Miles is not acting in the capacity of a licensed insurance intermediary. ​

In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail. Zurich Insurance Company Ltd reserves the right of final approval and decision on all matters.

How to make a claim?

  1. Bring the mobile device with the damaged screen to the authorized repair center for repair or replacement within 14 days of the Accident.
  2. Please submit your claim application and provide us the required documents via Zurich “e-Claims“ within 30 days after receiving the repair receipt:
    • Please enter your policy no. and reference no. in your submission. For relevant information, please refer to the confirmation SMS sent by Zurich
    • Please ensure that all required documents are provided. Failure to do so may result in delays in processing your claims
    • You will receive an acknowledgement via SMS/email within one working day
  3. We will process your application within 14 working days upon receiving all required documents.
  4. We will credit the approved claim payment (in Hong Kong dollars) into your designated bank account in Hong Kong.

  • Copy of purchase invoice/record of the damaged mobile device showing the invoice no. and delivery date​​​
  • Copy of photos showing the extend of damage(s) to the mobile​​​​ device
  • Copy of repair receipt(s) of the damaged mobile device issued by authorized repair, showing the cause of damage and repair cost
