1) Download & complete the 'Direct Debit Authorization - Living Insurance Series' form.

2) Please complete the form and email it to customer@hk.zurich.com.

(i) The Autopay setup will take about two to four weeks.

1) Download and complete the 'Application for renewal premium and levy payment by Visa/Master credit card' form.
